Survive at all cost in this short but heart pounding horror game that is almost sure to make you jump. Bloodwatch, developed by Gamingscape, takes you on a solo adventure where your ship gets sunk by an unexpected storm and you find yourself washed ashore on an unknown island.

The game starts off with a chilling encounter as you witness a group of people torturing and beating someone to death. Caught watching them, you must run for your life and hide behind a lighthouse. Equipped with nightvision goggles, you must navigate the island, find weapons scattered around such as knives, axes, baseball bats, handguns and crossbows.

This survival horror game requires careful planning as enemies are strong and it’s best not to engage if there are more than two of them. Collect apples for health restoration but be mindful that each apple only restores about 1/3 of your health bar. And don’t forget to scavenge for batteries to replenish your nightvision when needed.

The controls may take some time getting used to but once mastered they allow smooth movement: I for inventory management, E for item pickup/reload/replenishment/healing options,

O for ingame options/saving/exiting the game,

N for activating nightvision,

F For flashlight

All in all,Bloodwatch is definitely worth adding to any horror genre fan's gaming collection.
