Full review

The Utility Room is a truly unparalleled VR experience that transports players into an otherworldly realm like no other. This atmospheric horror game deviates from the traditional VR gaming formula and instead immerses players in a conceptual journey of extraordinary proportions.

From the moment you step foot into The Utility Room, it becomes abundantly clear that this is not your typical virtual reality adventure. Gone are the clichรฉs of shooting and flashing lights, replaced by a hauntingly captivating world that beckons you to explore its mysteries.

The environments within The Utility Room are nothing short of awe-inspiring. As you traverse through rocky terrains and encounter Megalithic beings, their sheer scale serves as a constant reminder of your own insignificance in this vast expanse. It's an unsettling feeling, one that successfully conveys the dangerous nature of this surreal realm.

Inhabited by enigmatic entities who pay little attention to your presence, The Utility Room poses significant challenges with minimal regard for your safety. In fact, it embraces vulnerability as it strips away conventional means of mobility and leaves players exposed to the perils lurking within. Jumping takes on an entirely new dimension here, with meticulously timed arm swings determining just how far you can leap across treacherous gaps.

Within this intriguing world lie collectables representing different giant rocky heads - each holding unique roles within The Room itself. Collecting these items grants access to valuable information about them through the HEAD LOG feature.

It must be noted that The Utility Room may not be suitable for those who suffer from megalophobia or discomfort when faced with immense structures or landscapes; however, if you're up for venturing beyond your comfort zone and embracing eerie atmospheres reminiscent of experimental horror games like Journey or Kid A Mnesiac: Exhibition โ€“ then look no further than The Utility Room!
