If you're a fan of biology and have always been fascinated by the wonders of evolution, then Creatura is the game for you. This virtual evolution vivarium simulator allows you to seed, breed, and create everything from single cell organisms to complex ecosystems.

The game offers an open-ended "sandbox-like" gameplay mode where you can design and take care of enclosed ecosystems full of animals and plants grown from scratch. You'll start with simple organisms sharing water with algae and gradually evolve into complex animals living in lush gardens. The attention to detail in the scientific accuracy of natural/artificial selection and genetic engineering is truly impressive.

One aspect that sets Creatura apart is its educational value. With an extensive tutorial as well as challenging educational scenarios, players can learn about concepts such as DNA editing, genomes, codons & gene sequencing. The authentic DNA editor allows players to apply their own genetic engineering using the GCAT system while learning how modern tools like CRISPR and GMO work in detail.

The graphics in Creatura are stunningly beautiful, creating a visually stunning virtual bonsai aquarium or terrarium experience for players. The highly optimized gaming experience allows for smooth gameplay even when controlling time-lapse speeds up to 1000x.
